It's ALL in Your Head! Motivation For Success in Health and Fitness

Inspired by a gym conversation - the mark was made that really all exercise, nutrition and health and fitness endeavours succeed or fail in one's head! I strongly assent since nothing happens without first a thought - whether it be positive or negative! Positive mental attitude is the precursor for health and fitness success and success in any endeavour in lifetime. As a personal trainer I still see also many human beings who fail to achieve their health and fitness goals (they would be the gym members that don't employ my personal training supply and who hold negative attitudes towards their health and fitness or lifetime in common).
