Walking and Natural Stress Management

I like to inscribe about things that affect many of us on a daily basis and which can be easily and inexpensively obtained or practiced. Proper breathing, stretching, nutrition and exercise are well loved with me. I like to talk about why these simple things can greatly improve our lives. I believe that keeping things simple is a stress management tool all by itself and I like to talk about how to keep things simple when our society seems to try to complicate things at every turn, always implying in our media and advertising that we demand more when often what we really demand is less.
