When Aliment Becomes the Enemy

Eating disorders are abnormal habits involving the intake of aliment or the lack of it. The effects of eating disorders are very physical however the cause is more psychological and emotional in nature. It is said that this is a defense mechanism of human beings going through tough age and may be likened to alcoholism and drug addiction. The difference of eating disorders from addiction is that control that it gives the person.
